This simple tutorial helps users to understand how to check Bulk SMS Report provided by PingSMS platform which is used for checking the delivery of messages.
The tutorial assumes that you already have an account with PingSMS. If you need to create a new account click here or visit https://www.pingsms.in/signup
Steps to check Report for Bulk SMS:-
Step 1: After successful login, click on Reports and a drop-down menu will appear.
Step 2: Click on Bulk Report to get a new page.
Step 3: Select your SMS type either Transactional or Promotional. The difference between Transactional and Promotional SMS can be found here.
Step 4: Select the date for which you want the report.
Step 5: Click on the button 
and a new page will be displayed as shown in image 2.
Step 6: Click on the button 
and a dialog box will appear as shown in the image 3. To get the list of contact numbers to whom your message has been delivered, failed, etc., to know more about the delivery report codes click here
Step 7: Click on the button 
to download the entire reports in Microsoft excel format.
